Mayor Newland

Mayor Newland is Town Governor, and while he (like the majority of the Chimerite species) may not be all that bright, he makes up for his lack of intellect with an abundance of generosity and warm-heartedness. Naturally there are exceptions to the rule.

Mayor Newland is also a big fan of fancy parties, and any excuse to hold one is a good enough excuse for him! Rumour has it that his cane doubles as a microphone.
